Look at what a little champagne, a kettle ball and some pans can do for your new year!

Indy was fast asleep by 9:00 and us adults stayed up and talked and ate and talked some more. My mom said that you’re supposed to wear polka dots on NYE for good luck and my dad says you’re supposed to go around the house banging pots and pans together to scare away the evil spirits of the last year. While we no longer believe in these superstitions, we still think its fun because we’ve been doing these things since we were little.
